Is our data used to train public AI models?
We choose AI providers and API settings under which submitted data is not used for model training, keep each customer's data separate, and send a model only what a task needs. We confirm the provider and its terms with you before go-live.
What should we automate first?
Start where people re-type the same information or chase the same follow-ups every day: enquiry handling, invoice entry, reminders, report preparation. These pay back fastest and carry the least risk.
Will AI replace our staff?
Our aim is to remove the repetitive part of a job so people spend their time on customers and decisions. Every consequential action an AI agent proposes can require a person's approval.
Can AI be added to software we already use?
Usually, yes. If your existing system has an API or a database we can read, we can add assistants, automation and reporting around it without replacing it.
