Enterprise software that runs the whole business

We design and build ERP, CRM, HR and payroll, learning and workflow systems for growing businesses. Each one is built multi-tenant, multi-currency and multi-tax from day one, so it keeps working as you add branches, companies and countries.

The problem we solve

Why one system beats five tools

Most businesses we meet run sales in one tool, stock in a spreadsheet, accounts in a third product and HR on paper. Every hand-off is re-typed, and nobody sees the whole picture. We replace that with one system where a lead becomes an order, the order moves stock, the stock posts to the ledger, and the people doing the work are paid from the same records.

Built on the engines we run ourselves

  • A shared billing and ledger core: the arithmetic, tax, rounding and posting are done once, on the server, in integer amounts.
  • Database-per-tenant isolation for platforms that need it, so one customer's data is never one query away from another's.
  • Multi-country, multi-currency and multi-tax support built into the core, not added later.
  • In-house engines for billing, workflow, approvals, POS, inventory, commerce and booking, each covered by automated tests.

What we deliver

What enterprise software covers

ERP systems

Inventory, purchasing, production planning, bills of material, job work, quality, costing and accounting in one ledger. Built for retail, manufacturing, distribution, education and services — every sector except jewellery ERP.

CRM and sales systems

Enquiries, leads, follow-ups, deals, quotations and collections, with WhatsApp, email and call logging. Our own lead and enquiry modules run in production for live customers.

HR and payroll

Employees, attendance devices, leave, shifts, payroll and statutory deductions, linked to the same records as sales and operations.

SaaS product development

We take a product idea to a multi-tenant SaaS platform with tenant provisioning, subscriptions, entitlements and billing — the same foundation we use for our own platforms.

Workflow and approvals

Approval chains, document workflows, tasks and notifications that follow your rules, so decisions stop waiting in inboxes.

Desktop and offline software

Windows desktop applications and offline-capable counters for places where the internet cannot be trusted, synchronising when the connection returns.

Technology consulting

Architecture reviews, legacy-system modernisation plans, fractional CTO support and build-versus-buy advice before you commit budget.

Reporting and business intelligence

Dashboards and scheduled reports drawn from the live system, not from spreadsheets exported last month.

How we deliver it

From first conversation to running system

  1. Map the business

We sit with the people doing the work and draw how orders, stock, money and approvals really move today.

  2. Design the system

Modules, roles, data model and screens are agreed on paper and in clickable prototypes before any code is written.

  3. Build in releases

Working modules every two to three weeks, tested against your real scenarios, starting with the one that hurts most.

  4. Migrate and train

We move your existing data, train each team on its own screens and stay close through the first closing cycle.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you build ERP for every industry?

We build ERP for retail, manufacturing, textiles, distribution, education, services and most other sectors. The one exception is jewellery ERP, which we leave to a partner company; for jewellers we build e-commerce, CRM, websites and marketing systems instead.

Custom ERP or an off-the-shelf product — which is right for us?

If your processes match a standard product, buy it. Custom software pays off when the way you work is your advantage, when you need several companies or countries in one system, or when you have outgrown tools that cannot talk to each other. We tell you which case you are in before quoting.

Can our existing data be migrated?

Yes. We migrate customers, items, opening stock, balances and history from spreadsheets or older software, reconcile the totals with your accountant, and run the old and new systems side by side until the numbers match.

Who hosts and maintains the software after launch?

You choose. We can run it on our managed cloud with monitoring and backups, or hand it over to your own servers or cloud account with documentation. Either way you own your data.
