Who we are

Techstas Global Innovations Private Limited ("Techstas", "we", "us") is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through techstas.com. Our office is at Module 9, -2 Floor, Thejaswini, Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695581, India.

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email, phone number, company, industry, the service you are interested in and your message, when you use a contact form.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone number, the position, your message and the résumé you attach.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details, used to protect our forms from abuse and kept only briefly.
• Analytics: after you first scroll, tap or press a key on a page, Google Analytics loads and records usage such as pages viewed, with IP anonymisation. Our chat assistant, provided by Chatbase, loads at the same moment and processes the messages you type into it.
• Map: the map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and loads only if you choose "Show the map".

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you asked about.
• To assess your job application and contact you about it.
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to.
• To keep the website secure and understand how it is used, so we can improve it.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on legitimate uses permitted by law. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run this website and our email — our hosting provider, email provider, Google Analytics, Chatbase and Google Maps — under their own data-protection terms, and with authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to two years after our last contact, unless we start working together.
• Job applications: up to twelve months, then deleted, unless you join us.
• Newsletter: until you ask to be removed — email us and we remove you.
• Form-protection records: only as long as needed to stop repeated submissions.

How we protect it

Forms are sent over encrypted connections, protected against automated abuse, and delivered to restricted mailboxes. Résumés are not stored on the public website. Access to personal data within Techstas is limited to the people who need it.

Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, to erase it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before.

To exercise a right or raise a concern, email serviceenquiry@techstas.com with the subject "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

The website itself does not need cookies to work. Google Analytics and the chat assistant load, and may set their own cookies, only after you first interact with a page; Google Maps does so only if you open the map. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and job seekers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
