ERP for textile and manufacturing businesses

We build manufacturing ERP for textile mills, garment units and other producers: bills of material, job work with outside processors, production planning, quality checks, costing, inventory, purchasing and accounting in one system. A textile manufacturer is already onboarded.

What gets in the way

Problems we hear from textile and manufacturing businesses

Material goes out and comes back different

Yarn, fabric and pieces travel between dyers, printers and stitching units, and nobody knows what is where or what was lost.

Real cost is a guess

Without tracked consumption, wastage and job-work charges, the price quoted to a buyer can hide a loss.

Planning runs on memory

Orders, capacity and raw material are matched in someone's head, and delays surface only when a buyer calls.

What we build

Systems for textile and manufacturing

Each one can stand alone or share one database with the rest.

Bills of material and production planning

Multi-level BOMs, work orders, capacity and material requirement planning tied to sales orders.

Enterprise Software

Job work tracking

Material issued to and received from outside processors, with balances, wastage and charges per party.

Enterprise Software

Quality control

Inspection stages, defect recording and rework, with traceability back to the batch and process.

Enterprise Software

Costing

Actual cost per order and per piece from material, labour, overheads and job-work charges.

Enterprise Software

Inventory, purchasing and accounts

Multi-location stock, purchase orders, approvals, GST invoicing and accounting in one ledger.

Enterprise Software

Online store and B2B portal

Sell to retailers and consumers online from the same catalogue and stock.

Digital Commerce

Business system in motion

How the work flows through one system

Every step below is a screen, a record and — where it saves time — an automation. No step is re-typed.

  1. Sales order
  2. BOM & plan
  3. Purchase
  4. Job work
  5. Quality
  6. Dispatch & invoice

Challenges We Solve

Manufacturing's Critical Technology Challenges — Solved

Problem

No Real-Time Production Visibility

Managers relying on end-of-shift manual reports — no live view of machine status, OEE, or production output.

Solution

Real-Time MES Dashboard

IoT-connected monitoring showing live OEE, production counts, downtime reasons, and quality metrics — accessible from any device.

Problem

Reactive Maintenance

Equipment failures causing expensive unplanned downtime because maintenance is calendar-based, not condition-based.

Solution

Predictive Maintenance System

Sensor data + ML anomaly detection predicting equipment failures before they occur — reducing unplanned downtime by up to 60%.

Problem

Paper-Based Quality Processes

Manual quality checklists, slow defect reporting, and no trend analysis — making root cause identification difficult.

Solution

Digital Quality Management System

Digital inspections, SPC charts, defect Pareto analysis, and CAPA workflows — all linked to production orders.

Problem

Siloed Production & ERP Data

Production data locked in standalone systems — not feeding ERP for accurate job costing and inventory updates.

Solution

MES-ERP Integration

Bidirectional integration between MES and ERP for real-time material consumption, labour booking, and production order updates.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is job work in a manufacturing ERP?

Job work is sending material to an outside unit — a dyer, printer or stitching unit — for a process and receiving it back. Our ERP records what was sent, what came back, wastage and charges per party, and keeps the stock and statutory records right.

Does the ERP support textile-specific units such as metres, kilograms and pieces?

Yes. Items can carry several units with conversions, so yarn bought by weight, fabric issued by length and garments sold by piece stay consistent through the process.

Can it handle several factories or companies?

Yes. The ERP is multi-company and multi-location, with consolidated reporting and separate books where required.

How long does it take and how is it priced?

A website or campaign set-up takes weeks; a business system usually reaches its first working release in two to three months. After a first conversation we propose a fixed price for a defined scope or a monthly cost for ongoing work.

Who owns the data and the work?

You own your data in every case. On project delivery you also own the code we write for you; on our own platforms you subscribe and can export your data at any time.
